Welcome Panyu Jiang to the NanoProBio Lab

We are pleased to welcome Panyu Jiang as a new Ph.D. student (enrolled in 2026) in the NanoProBio Lab at Beihang University. Panyu Jiang graduated from South China University of Technology and Hebei University of Technology. He obtained a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from these two universities respectively, laying a solid foundation in the field of biomedical materials research.

As of now, Panyu Jiang has published multiple academic papers in journals such as Advanced Functional Materials (first author), Regenerative Biomaterials, and ACS Applied Bio Materials. His previous research centered on ultrasonic-responsive piezoelectric biomaterials, antibacterial osteogenic functional coatings, and micro-topological structure regulation of stem cell behavior. He has systematically mastered material synthesis and characterization, bacterial and cell experiments, animal modeling, theoretical calculations, and omics analysis, demonstrating his interdisciplinary background and independent research capabilities.

Looking forward, Panyu Jiang plans to focus on the engineering probiotic system and is committed to promoting the clinical translation of probiotics and nano-biomaterials, providing innovative treatment strategies for complex diseases such as IBD. We warmly welcome Panyu Jiang to join the NanoProBio Lab and look forward to his exciting scientific journey with us!
